Wade Nelson
Mr Nelson has been in the martial arts since he was 5 years old. He started in 1971 at the Texas Karate Institute where he met and trained under Roy Kurban. When Kurban opened American Black Belt Academy Mr Nelson followed and has continued to train there ever since. Having won numerous trophies and awards as a youth and as an adult Mr Nelson continues the instructions and teachings of Grandmaster Kurban.

Steve Schultz
Mr Schultz began training as a boxer at age 14 and competed successfully in numerous tournaments in Chicago and Las Vegas over a seven year span. Mr. Schultz entered the Marine Corps in 1983 and trained with the Marine Boxing Team under U.S. Olympic Coach Roosevelt Sanders. Mr. Schultz has been training in the martial arts under Grandmaster Kurban since 1997 and currently holds a third degree black belt in Taekwondo.
